It is our aim to bring you the very best in books and educational material for learning modern Greek. If you like our Klik Sta Ellinika series please tell your friends – if you don’t please tell us!

Dispatch & Delivery

  • We will always endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. On the rare occasion that a product is not in stock this may not be possible. Should this happen we will try to contact you to propose an alternative solution.
  • Customers paying for their orders using the Bank transfer method will receive their orders after funds have cleared in full in our bank account. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery if your preferred method of payment is other than credit/debit card or Paypal.
  • Our books are delivered in jiffy/padded bags, envelops or carton boxes to ensure that our products reach their destination in good condition.
  • All deliveries are made using International Express Carriers or Standard parcel postal services.
  • Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • If we are delivering your order to a third party address (for example as a gift to a friend) you must please ensure that you provide us with a full and accurate address including the correct postcode and the recipient’s telephone number.
  • If we are delivering to a business address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. KlikStaEllinika.com shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.
  • Please note that we are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number.
  • Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or if the carrier (or your local post-office) considers that your order will not fit through the letter box a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.
  • We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Post/Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.
  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and your location.

Returns

  • If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products please return it by post if possible in its original outer box, sealed, for a full refund. If our goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way please contact us before returning the goods either by email or phone.
  • You may return any unopened items within seven working days from date of receiving it for a full refund.
    Please note the refund value will equal the purchase price that you paid for the product.
  • We regret that we cannot refund you the postal cost of returning the goods to us.
  • If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Secure Payments Online

  • All orders are processed by PayPal to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making a payment online.
  • You do not need a PayPal account.
  • Payment will be processed at the time of order.
  • Details of your order and confirmation details of payment will be emailed to you. Please make sure your email account is valid and in working order.

Secure Payments Offline only in Euro or GBP (€ / £)

  • You can pay for your order using the Bank transfer payment method if a credit/debit card is not available.
  • Your order must be placed in either Euro or UK Sterling.
  • Any applicable bank charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Funds must clear in full in our bank account before dispatching your order.
  • Any funds received that do not correspond exactly to the amount of your invoice will be returned and your order will be cancelled.
  • Any applicable bank charges for the order cancellation and return of funds will be borne by the customer.
  • We do not accept cash or cash on delivery.
  • We do not accept cheques.
  • Always use your order number as reference when you make an offline payment.
  • Please email us your receipt of bank transfer / payment.
  • Orders paid by using an offline method will take longer to be processed and dispatched, usually 1-2 weeks.

  • It is our policy not to sell or pass on any personal details. We will store and process any details you provide at the time of registering or purchasing to help support our service to you and from time to time we will provide you with details of our products and special offers.
